Report an Illegal Operator

The Ministry of Environment, Conservation & Parks requires all individuals and businesses that process more than two end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) to register on the Environmental Activities Sector Registry (EASR) as an ELV Waste Disposal Site, and to meet the Operating Standards including in the Regulations.

You can look HERE to see if a business is registered.

If the business is not listed, you can report information to OARA and we will confidentially submit to the Ministry. An alternative is to submit directly to the Ministry here – https://report-pollution.ene.gov.on.ca
